Environmental Guidelines
Recognizes the importance of environmental protection, FUJIKAKO CO., LTD. has established the following “Environmental Guidelines” in order to reduce the environmental impacts of all its corporate activities and protect the environment through the concerted efforts of all employees.
1．Promotion of resource-saving and energy-saving activities
The company will endeavor to reduce consumption of resources such as electric power, water, paper and resin, etc., as well as petroleum and other fossil energy, and will promote reduction and recycling of wastes in order to reduce environmental loads and prevent environmental pollution.
2．Compliance with environmental laws and regulations, etc.
The company will fully comply with all national and local environment-related laws, regulations, ordinances, etc., and will participate in environmental protection activities promoted by citizens and groups in neighboring areas.
3．Continuous promotion of environmental protection activities
The company will set environmental objectives and targets, which it will review periodically, and will endeavor to continuously improve their achievement and its Environmental Management System by conducting internal environmental audits, etc.
4．Promotion of awareness building activities
In addition to establishing and improving an internal environmental activity system, regulations and guidelines, the company will also promote awareness building activities through employee education and training in order to deepen the awareness of environmental problems of each individual employee and carry out concrete activities.
